A MarketingSource consultant can assist with the following activities:

  • Setting up a CRM such as Salesforce, assigning territories, setting up reports, setting up pipeline data, developing processes around data entry to ensure consistency, training the team on the CRM.
  • Setting up e-marketing campaigns in Salesforce, tracking campaigns, recording results
  • Campaign follow up and lead generation (i.e. setting appointments with new customers)

  • Marketing/sales processes audit and review. We will review current processes and map out areas for improvement and help the team get there.
  • Marketing/sales meeting attendance and review. We will support and coach the team where required to ensure behaviour is consistent with new brand strategy and is maximised to convert leads to sales. We have extensive experience in performance management and can play “bad cop” where required.
