Gemma Manning – Managing Director and Principal
Gemma founded Manning & Co. in 2008 and has been responsible for the fast growth of the company. Having worked in Corporate marketing before establishing Manning & Co., Gemma was the client of many marketing & PR consultancies and was surprised and frustrated at the lack of tracking and measuring of marketing campaigns as well as the lack of innovation of agencies in general.
Gemma aims for Manning & Co. to act as an extension of the client company, providing the required marketing support and expertise to senior management or the business owner directly.
Gemma is a marketing and communications expert with more than 10 years experience across multiple industries. These include professional services, healthcare, financial services, retail and tourism. Having managed all aspects of marketing from a strategic level through to implementation, Gemma and her team develops strategies and campaigns that achieves results and drives sales.
Gemma is a passionate advovate and enthusiast for marketing and the value it brings an organisation. She is an active member of the Australian Women’s Business Network and has presented webinars and written articles on Strategic Marketing. She is also active on twitter and is a great supporter of small business.
She is a marketing professional, a business enthusiast and a dedicated mother. This has influenced the culture that she has created at Manning & Co.; one that empowers her team to be innovative and creative, one that rewards success and one that promotes work/life balance.
